The daily rant

Can I just say, that I HATE coming up with a title for every post I make. I'm not that creative, so I end up spending more time just coming up with a clever title than I spend writing the actual post. I think I'm going to boycott titles from now on.

You know something else I don't like? Excercising, running, not eating any sweets, and anything else that goes along with me trying to get in shape. People always say how great they feel after they exercise. I don't feel great, I feel like I'm going to die! I CRAVE sugar, and I'm limiting myself to only 1 sweet thing per day. I am proud of myself for actually controlling my cravings, so that's the one positive thing about all of this.

I really hope all of this change in my lifestyle will pay off. Soon!

I think that's the end of my rantings for now. Thank you.

Hang in there, babe, you'll be so glad you did. Have you EVER heard anyone say, "I sure regret getting in shape and eating more healthily." ???? Of course not, because it's worth everything you go through. And sweets are bad for you, so is NOT exercising--so, I've made my case! I really thought you looked great when you were home, though, so maybe you're being too hard on yourself????

Make yourself a sugar free smoothie or some green tea--detox! Hope you're feeling better.

Mrs. J, I did make myself a smoothie yesterday afternoon. Green tea might have way too many antioxidants for me!

    Hello Dear Kelly
Oh Dear… let it go…you will feel so good!
I can understand what do you mean here….
it's so hard to stick into a diet program and after months there is nothing change!
So hard to see delicious snacks and keep your hands away with hungry eyes!
Especially if you are "Snickers" addict like me.
    But you know what…
    it's OK to exercise…burning calories.
imagine your self beating the extra weight, beating people stupid comments.
It's so hard at the beginning, I know that, I was breathing like I have an heart attack, but after few months, I was able to do the toughest exercises. (Well, I gave up then and I ruined all my programs, so I will have to start all over)
    Try dear…don't give up!
Imagine how will be great to look graceful
    and get flexible body
and prove that's possible and turn heads with totally new gorgeous Look..
    Wish you the best!
