Who I Am

I'm a flip flop girl.  Always have been, probably always will be.  I try to break away, and wear boots every now and then, or some nice high heels, but I truly find comfort in my flip flops.

My absolute favorite pair of all time were these Clark's that I got back in Ohio.  I wore those suckers out for about 2 years straight until they finally needed to be retired. 

My mom got me this pair of Roxy flip flops, probably about 2 years ago.  They were fine, but they weren't quite the quality of those nice, leather Clark's.  I think it's safe to say that I wore these suckers out, too. 

Even Grant, who's very "frugal," looked at them the other day and said, "I think it's time you get some new flip flops."

I had been looking, but I haven't been to a real shoe store in a long time, since most of my shopping is done at Target.  But I happened to be at Marshall's today, so I thought I'd see what they had. 

My feet were so happy when I found this pair of Born Concept flip flops!  They are SOOOO comfy!  I looked for a pair of Clark's but the only ones they had weren't my style.  So, I went with these!

Then across the aisle, I saw this other pair that were a little fancier.  I have a pair of "nice" Clark's, but they're white, so they don't exactly go with everything.  This pair is a nice champagne color, so it goes with a lot more.  Again, they're Born Concept, and again, SOOOO comfy.

I was pretty proud of my finds, so I just thought I'd share them with you!
