This is the workout I hate. It's the one that drove me to tears on Day 3. I may not cry anymore - now I just scream curses at the screen. Even Shaun T. says it's "insane" after it's all over.
I'm able to do push-ups better, which is a good thing. And I kept up better on the power squats this time. A power squat is when you jump up and land in a squat. But seriously, I hate this one.
it's cool to see how much more you can do from workout to workout eh? that means you're that much stronger! keep up the insanity chica.
