Well, what can I say...I think I'm falling apart. My right knee still hurts and is swollen, my right ankle hurts, and my achilles tendons are tight. Because of the shape of my knee today, I only did the Cardio Abs workout, instead of doing that with the Pure Cardio. Even on the Cardio Abs, I couldn't do all the exercises, if it involved my knee too much. Don't worry, though, I can still feel the burn in my abs.
Wow, you need to take it easy a bit. Are you wearing cross-trainer shoes? I noticed that because I was wearing my running shoes, it didn't allow my feet to flow during some of the exercises. Now that I switched to what they recomend, I feel better.
