Today was the Fit Test, which is what you do on the very first day of INSANITY. You do this every couple of weeks to see how you're progressing. So here's my results for the first fit test and the second one:
So, I've definitely made progress...it was cool to see how much. The next fit test is on Day 36, and I'm guessing I'll see quite a bit more.

Hi Kelly, I found you through Sean's blog (Insanity workout blog) and checked yours out. I'm on day three, and I know what you mean about this day's workout. I can not do the v-push ups or the moving push ups!
